I paid for a whole year subscription in March of this year 199.99 and now today it’s telling me to renew??? This is ridiculous. I just want what I have already paid for??? Ruined my whole workout time.
Delicia I am part of the customer service team. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We saw your email 15 minutes ago and have to respond to emails in the order they are received. We will look into this and resolve the situation.
I also am getting a notification that my subscription has expired but my monthly payment was debited on 4/27/20. I just sent an email to customer services so hopefully it will be resolved soon. I was looking forward to working out tonight.
