You are definitely not the only person to have "no rhythm", I myself am not a dancer. What we recommend is going through the tutorials. This will allow you to take your time and practice the moves slowly. The other thing is to just have fun and not judge yourself or others. There is nothing wrong with just dancing to your own beat every now and then. Sometimes with new songs I will get lost in the moves and then I will try and keep up, but just laugh at myself because it is just fun. Since we are in a stay-at-home order we can't have the video team filming the tutorials as much, but once we can get back to normalish we will be making more and more tutorials.
