I second! I just joined and did the 4-14 dance2fit class. wow! I'm so out of shape. I made it 50 min.

Hi,
I am part of the Dance Fitness with Jessica live stream support team. What Jessica recommends is doing as much as you can without hurting yourself. It is ok to not do the full class and also follow the other instructor for moves that are not as taxing on the body or joints. Also there are a lot of tutorials to help with particular moves and some to particular songs. If you are short on time you can do the HIIT classes that are only 30ish minutes long. Hope this helps.
