I downloaded the app on my Samsung tv but to use it says to go to the website, enter the code it gave me and activate the device. I DON’T SEE ANYWHERE TO ENTER THE CODE ON THE WEBSITE!! Help!!!

Where is the app for samsung tv?
I can't find it to download it. I tried using the app on my phone and mirror image it onto my tv but the video skips and freezes the whole time its playing.
